My training

If elite sport is an iceberg, than the training would be the part hiding under the water and the competitions only the tip.

During my education as a dentist, I had less and less time to train. So I had to learn to be unconventional and be focused on the most important. Typically I would train on my way to the university and back, often at early or late hours. Those were harsh circumstances to get it good shape, but I learned during this time how much training well was a satisfaction in my daily stressful routine.

Nowadays I am in charge of my own schedule, and the experience I earned during those tough years at the university are key to optimize my training.

I am posting my training on attackpoint.  You will find me under the pseudonym “Swisscheese” .

Looking at my training might be an inspiration (in the positive or in the negative…) for other athletes and a way for my family to find out where I am hiding.
